Sorry, I only found three enjoyable items on this list: Revolver, Abbey Road, and Highway 61 Revisited (from the time I could still tolerate Bob Dylan).

As for "good variety of genres": is this a joke? The heaviest album on this list is the frigging Nirvana! Which is to say, there is no heavy music on this list.

Nevermind would probably be my 7th choice but didnt vote for it, I prefer Unplugged and it's a top 10 all time album for me
