That's the parity of today's salary cap NHL. No real dominant teams to sweep crappy teams that can still make the playoffs. Rongos could sweep round 1 though, I think I'm being generous with 5 games

They missed on Nashville and Calgary. Cannot believe they chose Calgary and I don't think Chicago is a gimme vs Nashville. I would take Rinne anyday over Crawford.

If I'm honest, neither do I ultimately. Defense isn't great. Going w/ Lack over Miller was bleh. And their offense is a bit disappointing beyond the Sedins/Vrbata. But if they got by CGY, I feel that Anaheim is vastly overrated. And I like to pick a couple dark horses in my brackets to go deep.

Also, yes, nostalgia for the heck of it.

I had VAN over CGY in 7 and I think it's going to happen, they have too much experience and Ryan miller can get hot. Calgary is inexperienced and will learn the hard way, I don't see Van go past the 2nd round though
