Place des Arts/des Festivals NHL opening night festivities

So I can see Place des Festivals from my appartment and they have prepared a nice looking opening night setup - all the NHL team banners, King of Leon and Loco Locass ("on va gooogner") will perform, and they will show the Habs-Leafs game

Yeah I mean, I'm not a big fan of Kings of Leon or Loco Locass but these bands are not that bad too and the atmosphere will probably be great with many people attending.

Ok I just went down there for a quick walk because the weather is so nice

The place is empty - except for the security guys, and 2 construction workers

It was nice and quiet

Also spotted NHL network, RDS and CBC stands


For those who want to sit in the main place, there will be terrasses
