Liverpool look beatable in this early season. Who knows though , maybe VVD got his errors out of the way for the rest of the year.

Looking optimistic for Lallana and White to be in the lineup Sunday against New Castle!

Glad to be playing this version of Chelsea early on in the season. 3 points here would be a huge statement.

Chelsea will draw or win if Lampard can coach. Big If

Wolves will get a result at home.

Leeds are overrated as hell.... they finish bottom 5. They have 1.2 good players thats it...

Very intrigued as to what this game will be like. I think we can pull it off (we were unlucky in the corresponding fixture last year), but this team is still a work in progress.

Wolves-City should be a banger after Wolves did the double last year.
Wolves is always a great club to watch. Nuno and his Portuguese national team play pretty good football.

My hope for Sunday is this:

Hudson-Odoi - Werner - Mount
Havertz - Kovacic
Kante
Azpilicueta - Thiago Silva - Zouma - James
Caballero
Operating on the assumption that Ziyech and Pulisic are not yet match fit. Pulisic off the bench was absolutely money at Anfield and I'd hope he can come on in the 65th or so and make some havoc. CHO was our best player against Bayern and I'd like to see him against Trent.

I would swap Kovacic and Kante in your formation, but otherwise I like it.

I just don't get it. Liverpool-Leeds was NBC's highest rated match ever in the US for an opening weekend.

I know so many people who started watching PL in the states during the re-start cause there was nothing else on.

And they're burying great games in week 2 on a streaming service no one has. It's so stupid

They’re trying to get people to buy the service so they have to put the best games on it.

Yeah I just don't think the sport is there yet in America to do that. They're gonna end up keeping it a niche sport.

There's several reasons the NHL remains a distant 4th in the major American sports, but a huge part of it is they left ESPN about 15 years ago and took terrible tv deals where games were shown on premium packages most people didn't have. Maybe its profitable for them, idk. It seems very short sighted.

(Also i'm tired of paying for shit where leagues are split and you need premium apps and cable)
