We believe in our kids

And the more confidence we can give them as the year goes on, the better off we'll be.

Be sure to be proud and compliment them on any positives, no matter how arbitrary!

No, Nico! You're a leader, but don't go to those lengths!

Glad to see Studenic get a shot. Wouldn't surprise me if he turns out similar to Sharangovich with his speed and willingness to shoot. Both are the same age, and Studenic actually was slightly more productive for Binghamton than Sharangovich, albeit Yegor really taking off this year.

Studenic seems like he’s more likely to become Rooney. Fast, aggressive forechecker who is solid on the PK and can convert his chances when they come.

Studenic is way more talented offensively than Rooney I'd say, and Studenic's speed look more natural/fluid than a guy like Rooney, or other checking line guys who really have to put in an effort to get to top speed. Though Rooney is probably much better in the Dzone and on the pk.

Different skill sets obviously but more the role they would play. Studenic does seem more skilled but his production at the AHL level doesn’t really scream top nine talent. Compared to a guy like Kuokkanen who started off with greater than .5 ppg and was consistently progressing toward a point per game. If he’s not producing down there, it’s unlikely to think he will start producing better at the NHL level.
