Get rid of Dorion. He should be an assistant GM. That is where he is best suited. He did some good things but he has zero leadership skills, terrible media skills with his lip smacking and his character during tough times and the way he has handled things have been well beyond sub par.

I am surprised. I was willing to overlook the terrible media presence but when true colors come out you have to cut bait.

Boucher is fine. Keep him.

Every team will have tough stretches at times.
