No she doesn't. Schefter either made that up or got duped. Both parties immediately refuted it, albeit politely. Thankfully for them, the Browns aren't that poorly run. Ridiculous how long they kept reporting that after being proven wrong.
He also was publicly refuted on Jalen Ramsey, although I doubt they would ever come out and say, yes, we're shopping our best player.
