Wheeler. However, Kessel shouldn't be overlooked. Kessel was one of the best snipers in the game at his peak.

I'm a big fan of what Wheeler can do on the PP, so him.

im going peak phil because he had more goals and points and also helped his team win a cup in back to back years

Peak Wheeler was just as good of a scorer and is in a different universe defensively.

wheeler is nowhere near his peak level now, as both his offense and defense has regressed, but 14-15 through 16-17 wheeler was an absolutely special player. prior to that he was a better version of kessel as that was when his offense was already great and his defense was still bad. which is weird, since his defense was good in boston. outside of his overall regression the last two years and bad defense his first couple years in winnipeg wheeler has been a pretty amazing player throughout his career. kessel has always been a good offensive and bad defensive player. i would say his best season was probably 11-12. 14-15 and 16-17 have been his worst seasons. in this poll its easily blake wheeler.

Wheeler. Leadership (on and off the ice), physical attributes, top notch production.

Kessel will get like 10 more goals but that's about where the arguments end for him. Isn't a huge factor for me considering their point production is still in same range.
