It’s very good that they did do this but they would not have needed to if they didn’t brain themselves into taking Jalen Reagor like 50 picks too early instead of Justin Jefferson, or JJ arcega-whiteside over DK Metcalf because they wanted a WR who could block

Well no one's saying that it was bad what he did. But Howie is inconsistent at best and Eagles fans bury him and his drafts for a reason, to the point where Jeff Lurie had to address it publicly because of things like taking Jordan Matthews over Davante Adams. His moves brining in NFL players are often pretty good, but the draft is what he is most determined in and many high picks he's made have been objectively hideous. Eagles fans are celebrating this draft today, while hoping their 2019 and 2020 1st round picks are turned into 6th round cornerbacks.
