Peter Sivak is for now the point leader in the ECHL, with a pretty good numbers - 8 games - 5 + 13 = 18 points.

I want to ask, if is he really such a star? Or has he luck for good teammates in Alaska Aces?

Was the leader in points last year for Bulls.

Kinda surprised he didn't re-sign (especially as he was QO'd by Bulls).

He's a vet, so his qualifying offer really only extends San Francisco's rights over him until a month before the season. Then he's free to sign wherever he'd like, and Alaska is a great place to play. He's got a shot to win a championship there, as opposed to San Francisco, which looks like they have not improved at all.

Unfortunately he signed with the NY Yankees of the ECHL. So likely good teammates. He really shouldn't be leading the league in scoring but then again maybe i'm NOT totally shocked. We have had a couple of those and I can tell you there careers went nowhere beyond this level.
