No. They were awful for the overwhelming majority of the game prior to the Malkin penalty.

Disinterested and sloppy all night.

Keystone Kops in the defensive zone.

Undisciplined penalties burning them.

Can’t score on an AHL goalie because all the shots they take are from bad angles or open point shots that he can see.

But hey, they’ll all say that they learned their lesson tonight and won’t come out like that again...
