Bennett gets a plus, and a huge plus for Downie. The guy was our MVP today.

I thought it was actually a pretty good game.

Obviously some negatives, the biggest one being Letang's status. Hopefully it's not as serious as it looked and he can return soon.

Crosby played well. Downie had a good game (Still hate him tho).

And say what you want about our struggles scoring, and it's frustrating, but it's not like we haven't been getting chances the past week. The problem with this team has been a lack of finish and as much as people want to jump on the coach, blame the coach,system, et that's largely a players problem.

Oh well, we played meh for the most part (third was good), but Sid has now a "confortable" lead in the Art Ross race.

Sucks for Letang, hopefully he'll be okay. We are TOASTED without him (we are toasted with him, but even more toasted without).

I thought the third and fourth lines were very good today. Top six was a little up and down, but mostly good.

I actually wrote it first as THE THANK GOD THEY'RE TANKING EDITION, but I thought that might confuse people as to who 'they' were.

Mods, feel free to change . . . the double entendre title works better.

Question for today's audience: No Letang for the last two PP's. No Kunitz on the last two PP's. Geno QB's the breakout for the last two PP's. Sid moves away from the right circle for the last two PP's. Two goals. Coincidence?
