A minor league affiliate of Buffalo's tried this but with blue ice with the idea that the puck would be easier to see (especially from the nosebleeds and on tv), but the ice looked awful when snow (which was white) started building up on it.

yellow is different that blue though. im not saying all the games need this. but one game a year would be awesome

Definitely dont like the whole ice like that. But no doubt they should drizzle " get to your game" in yellow at both ends of the rink. We would then finally get back to the cup.
