Reilly. He finished last year with 18 pts on an offensively challenged team. Was by far their best defenseman offensively and arguably their best player.

One guy could be mentioned in there thats not is:
DiPauli
Obviously staying healthy is the issue but just a note that he was tracking really well last season and wouldve ended up in the teams top 4-5 scorers with 40-50 pts.

I definitely would have voted for him by now but I don't really consider him a prospect anymore. I hope he clears waivers and can stay healthy.

Voted for the Juddernaut. Mainly because it's a cool nickname, but also because it seemed a fair few places had him going a lot higher than he actually did, which is nice.

Pretty cool to get down to the last player before I stopped feeling strongly about who should be where.

I really like Caulfield. Size, skill and going to a great NCAA hockey program. Not bad for a #20 ranked prospect.

I feel like Phillips dropped because most thought he wouldn't be illegible to play in the NCAA this upcoming season. I wonder where he'd rank now that we know he'll attend Penn State University.

Attending PSU doesn't mean he'll play for them. Good chance he'll get redshirted.

Surely the Pens would ensure that he gets to play? I think someone was saying he also could have gone to the CHL.

They can't ensure that - neither in the sense of being certain about special dispensation to avoid the redshirt year, or dictating he plays CHL rather than continuing his college career if its uncertain. They can help, they can advise, but ultimately its out of their hands. I'd wait and see on it.
