You guys are sleeping on Pavs at this point. I don’t think he’ll be great, but I definitely think he’ll be an NHL bottom 6 forward eventually.

I see Pavs live more than anyone else on this list and I honestly just am not that impressed.

As much as I've hated Phillips' development the past couple of years, he still has the highest upside of the prospects remaining. If he's able to get immediate eligibility and go to PSU, his stock should go right back up.
