Simple: Peg where you think our forwards and defenceman will land in the below scale at the end of the 2015-16 season. We can revisit at end of year.

<20 points =
30-39 points =
40-49 points =
50-59 points =
>60 points =

I'll go:

<20 points = Polak, Robidas, Beck, Hunwick, Marincin
21-29 points = Phaneuf, Komarov, Winnik, Spaling
30-39 points = Rielly, Gardiner, Bozak, Holland, Arcobello, Panik, Matthias
40-49 points = Parenteau
50-59 points = Lupul
>60 points = Kadri, JVR

After a certain amount of posts I will provide a Leafs board consensus. Should be an interesting look into fan expectations heading into the season.

Acrobello put up near .5ppg shifting from 4 teams. I have hopes he'll be producing quite well.
JVR... I don't have much hopes for as he relies heavily on his linemates.

<20 points = Polak (10-15), Robidas (10-15), Bernier (0), Reimer (0), Beck (ice time), Frattin (ice time), Hunwick (10-15), Marincin (ice time)
20-29 points = Panik (20-25), Spaling (mid-high 20's)
30-39 points = Matthias (low 30's), Winnik (low 30's), Arcobello (low-mid 30's), Holland (mid 30's), Komarov (low 30's), Phaneuf (high 30's, maybe even low 40's), Rielly (same as Phaneuf), Gardiner (same as Phaneuf)
40-49 points = Parenteau (low-mid 40's) and Bozak (low-mid 40's)
50-59 points = JVR (mid-50's), Kadri (mid-50's) & Lupul (mid-50's)
>60 points = None

Maybe a little optimistic, especially in the 30-39 point range (half of those will probably be on the higher end of the lower tier if they don't reach 30), but if everyone stays healthy and does what they are capable of, that's what you can expect. The problem is, that doesn't always happen.

I wouldn't be surprised to see one of JVR, Kadri or Lupul reach 60, but I'll just say they reach mid-50's and be happy with it.

20 range: Komarov, Phaneuf (high-20's), Spaling, Winnik (high-20's), Matthias (high-20's)
30 range: Rielly, Gardiner (low-30's), Bozak, Panik (low-30's), Holland, Arcobello (low-30's)

Would be interesting to see more answers.

I think Babcock, will employ a more defensive trap game, with not too many high scoring Players and better plus/minus stats.

<20 points = Polak, Robidas, Hunwick, Marincin, Beck
21-29 points = Gardiner, Phanuef, Rielly, Komarov, Panic, Parenteau
30-39 points = Bozak, Holland, Arcobello, Matthias, Kadri, Spaling, Winnik
40-49 points = Lupul(if healthy), JVR
50-59 points = N/A

Interesting to re-visit this. Consensus before the season started (and before Grabner trade), was:

< 20-point range: Polak, Hunwick, Marincin
20-29 range: Komarov, Phaneuf (high-20's), Spaling, Winnik (high-20's), Matthias (high-20's)
30-39 range: Rielly, Gardiner (low-30's), Bozak, Holland, Arcobello (low-30's)
40-49 range: Lupul, Parenteau
50-59 range: Kadri, JVR
60 range: None

Based on where they're tracking in an 82-game pace:
Underwhelming in red.
Dead-on in amber.
Surpassed expectations in green.

High expectations for Kadri at the start of the season, but at the end of the season we get low standards.
