I can jive with that - but, when you watch him, do you think the timing of his one-timer is off?

Yes, it is. He used to have a nasty one-timer, especially on the PP where he would play on the point and creep in near the high slot waiting to one time it. 12 goals on the PP one year and 14 the next year and he hasn't come anywhere near those numbers on the PP since. He's a much better overall player now obviously, but if he and the rest of the Bruins PP can produce again, he'll be back to flirting with PPG status. 5 on 5, he's one of the most dominant two-way centers in the league.
