Very sad, didn't even know that he was sick.

Great coach and very honest with the media, always refreshing to listen to.

RIP Pat

I went to a coaching symposium. He didn't try to teach, he just told stories for a half hour.

"So I had a guy...he thought he was pretty good. He went in a bit of a slide. So I bumped him to the fourth line. After a few games, he thought he was getting better but he was still a mess. So he comes up to me and says 'Coach, I have been playing hard, why do you still have me on the fourth line.', I said because I don't have a fifth."

RIP Pat.

90s kid here.

When I imagined a hockey coach, I think of Pat Quinn and Scotty Bowman. They just ooze that hockey appeal.

RIP
