And so ends another successful year of Power Rankings! I would prefer to have slandered and punished more teams each week throughout the year, but I did my best.
Playoff Previews:
Stay tuned next week for another exciting instalment of CFHF Fantasy League Playoff Previews. This year I will be experimenting with some new features in the previews. Very analytical.
Playoff Races:
As of right now, the only thing left to play for (other than seeding) is that final playoff spot. The Terrors lead Peppering Angus by 7, but of course the schedule-maker had the foresight to pit these two teams against one another for the final matchup. If Peppering Angus can beat the Terrors by 9 categories, they're in!
Draft Lottery:
In other league news, I am tentatively setting aside the date of
Wednesday, March 18 for the draft lottery. This is significantly later than normal, but I'm excited to do the lottery myself for the first time in a while, and I don't have the same freedom to do it while at work as I did back in my grad school days. Thus I'm picking the first day during spring break when I have the house to myself and nothing else to do.
This will therefore take place mid-way through the second playoff round. For those unfamiliar, Duthie and the panel will be working hard to bring you interviews with all GMs who are online, available and willing to participate, while Bill Daly reveals the teams picking from 10th to 1st throughout the day. On conclusion of the reveals, a video will be posting showing the dice-rolling and how everything came together.
