I've been wanting to get into a full dynasty league sometime, but none seem to be starting up right now locally.

But I figure if I can live with it here with you jokers I can pickup another dynasty team.
Edit: honestly the atmosphere of our league here is too good for me to give up. I have such a blast with...most or you heh.

You'd have to give up your logo if you went to another league, too. That logo is a registered trademark of the CFHF Fantasy League, and cannot be reproduced or otherwise disseminated without the express written consent of the CFHF Fantasy League commissioners.

ESPN has the ability to have prospects who have yet to play in the NHL on your roster?

Theres a bunch of prospect players in the yahoo system too. Some are there and others are not. The more well known ones usually are though.
But I'm not sure how things are going given how many inactive teams in the first year already.

Generally, dynasty leagues you keep almost all of your roster and farm teams from season to season. Keepers generally have less players.
Also usually leagues that use cap space are typically dynasty leagues too. Its basically just another word for extended keeper leagues.
Edit: For example this Flamebird's dynasty league has 40 roster spots. I think 4 line setups and one goalie (18 skaters + goalie) but you keep 33 players in total (including your farm system) from season to season.
Does anyone think yahoo or the fantasy leagues will add advanced stats into the league like PDO and corsi?

Not anytime soon. It'd be a very very niche group using those stats as most leagues just use scoring anyway.

Congrats on the win this week Slackberry! You had a great all around team effort. Without Bob, this could be the start of a downward spiral for me. As long as I get into the playoffs with 2 healthy goalies though I'll be very happy.
So the trade deadline is 23rd but after that do we still have access to waiver wire? Or does that get locked out too?
