Taking everything into account, age, contract, etc, probably Panarin. Patches is a good player having a rough year but while he usually gets his own goals, I don't think he creates for others as much as Panarin, and while Panarin is a little more expensive right now, both their deals are up in 2 years, but Patches is 3 years older and I have a feeling they will end up with something similar. Just looking at it as players I might still take Toews at this point, as he's still a good first line center even if he's not what he used to be, but he's just too expensive for what he is right now.
