AFAIC no visitor has had the complete Welcome to Winnipeg experience till they've gotten a speeding ticket from the Headingley RCMP, been accosted by an aggressive panhandler, gotten honked at, sworn at and/or given the finger while driving around town and had their car broken into and all their possessions stolen.
