What about something like Pulju, 2nd for an extended Pageau

I'm not sure it makes sense for the Oilers to invest 4-6M on a Pageau extension when he's only going to be playing on the third line. The Oilers don't have a ton of cap space, especially if they plan on finding a top 6 winger for McDavid.

Pageau would make a lot of sense for a playoff run, but not so much for an extension. It just isn't the best use of cap allocation when you could get a 3C much cheaper... like Tierney?
