#Isles will be placing PA Parenteau on waivers today, according to a source. Certainly a surprise there.

I haven't seen any preseason games, but I assume he couldn't have been too bad if it's a surprise.

This is a very bizarre move, why would they do this ? I guess I shouldn't be surprised by anything Snow and Cappy do.

this is really odd. if this was likely, why didn't anyone else get a first line audition?

reminds me of when we exposed Czerkawski to the waiver draft. but there's obviously no longer a waiver draft.

Interesting. Is there a move coming? I haven't been able to follow the team closely lately, have we been linked to anyone recently?

He really hasn't shown anything at all. It's more of a surprise. Cause he was a fa acquisition. And everybody was focused on one of the obvious guys getting waived.

Big surprise! Was he that bad? Only game I saw from Parenteau was yesterday and everyone was bad yesterday. Probably mean that both Barzal and Beauvillier start the season with the Isles.

From fist-line RW to waivers.

Isles sure do keep things interesting

Maybe Barzal gets a look there now?

That's what I'm thinking, but has Barzal played RW at all during training camp?

I really don't understand this coaching staff, the bizarre roster decisions are way too common with these clowns.

Still going with the 3 goalies too. Idiots.

Regardless of where he'd play, he has a great cost effective contract. I don't understand how this was the best possible move.

I understand you don't like the idea of three goalies (me too by the way), but Halak was injured no less than 4 times last season.
