My predictions
Eichel - 30-40 goals 70-85 points
Reinhart - 20-30 goals 50-65 points
Mittelstadt- 15-25 goals 45 -60 points
Dahlin - 7-12 goals 25-45 points (most unknown for me tbh)
Risto - 8-14 goals 30-50 points
Sabres - 34-37-11

Assuming everyone is healthy for a full 82 game season:

Mittelstadt breaks 40 points
Eichel breaks 80 points
Dahlin breaks 40 points
Reinhart breaks 55 points
Ristolainen breaks 45 points
The Buffalo Sabres break 75 points

Give your assumptions as well.

1) I see Mittelstadt hovering in the low-mid 40s. He’ll get PP time so I see the over.
2) can Eichel go next level? Hopefully. I see him around 75-85. I’ll say over, though.
3) under. IF Dahlin breaks 40 with solid 5v5 production then we are going to be better than we think going forward
4) if he stays on the wing with Eichel, over, otherwise under
5) under. With Dahlin, Pilut, Guhle coming through, I think we will see Ristos time getting cut down. Also, Dahlin can take some of those PP minutes. A more balanced, 40pt Risto is respectable.
6) If Buffalo can’t break 75 hell will freeze over

Generally, over-under bets have a half-integer in them, so money can go to either side and not allow a "push". The way you describe them as "breaks", however, it is understood where the line is.

I'll edit this later with my wagers. Edit: done.

Casey over
Eichel over
Dahlin over
Reinhart over
Risto under
Sabres under
Assumptions: all players above have 75+ games.

Casey 40+, Eichel 80+, Dahlin 40+, and Reinhart 55+ but Buffalo finishes <75pts? I’m not sure expecting some world burner team out of the current roster, but how many people would say buffalo finishes that poorly with a minimum of 215pts split between those 4?

Okposo is an interesting player this year:

Hit 30yrs old

A 47.5% CF player since joining Buffalo

89pts in 140 games with Buffalo

O/U 42.5 total points

Eichel 32 goals and 40 assists
Reinhart 26 goals and 33 assists
Mittelstadt 18 goals and 26 assists
Dahlin 7 goals and 29 assists
Ristoleinen 6 goals and 31 assists
Okposo 15 goals and 22 assists

Sabres finish with 84 points. They are out of the playoffs and finish 22 overall.

On one hand, if the above happens, I'd consider that a very successful season. We can certainly hope.

On the other hand, that's ~100 goals from the Sabres "top 6 players in 2018-19". Remove those players above, Kane, and ROR from last season's stats and the remainder of the team scored 84 goals. Sabres would need Sheary to replace Pominville's and/or Pouliot's output from last year (I think that's likely) and a net 20% growth in goals-scored from the rest of the roster (Berglund, Sobotka, and the holdovers) just to break even with the Team goals total from last year. Possible, but seems slightly challenging.

See my above post.

Last season:
Kane = 40 pts in 61 games = output replaced by Dahlin.
Eichel = 64 pts = ppg last year.
Reinhart = 50 pts.
ROR = 61 pts. = output replaced by Mittelstadt & 15 more games from Jack.
215 points total last year from those 4 people.

The proposed 2018-19 baseline not a sea-change...<75 points is definitely possible (personally, I'd say it's likely). The "secondary scoring" from the other offseason upgrades and icing a full lineup of NHL-caliber players will need to make the impact. And that's without invoking the coaching.

Mittelstadt breaks 40 points – Over if he plays on 2nd line - 50
Eichel breaks 80 points - Over - 85
Dahlin breaks 40 points - Under but should be close - 37
Reinhart breaks 55 points – Over as he should be playing on the top line - 57
Ristolainen breaks 45 points - Over - 50
The Buffalo Sabres break 75 points – Under but should be close - 73
