I think you see progress throughout the season as young guys get brought up and acclimate. Nobody important to team success will get traded this year so lets say,

Are you talking total wins, or R/OT wins, which is a better measure of how good a team actually is?

If the former, definitely under. If the latter they have a chance at least to top last year's miniscule total of 14. Frankly it's amazing last year's team managed to be the worst shootout-era team by a solid margin, while actually managing to be good at shootouts.
