Outdoor TV

I have a great patio, but sometimes I'm torn: There's a game on TV that I want to watch, but it's nice outside. I want it all! I want to watch TV outside on my covered patio, smoking a cigar, with my wife serving sandwiches.

Now, I could run a cable out the window to connect to the TV, but that's not a very elegant solution.

So, any ideas on how to cast from one TV (indoor, hooked to cable) to another TV (outdoors, where yours truly will be smoking a fine Cuban cigar chased by a mojito)?
