Mike Smith is the type of goaltender who will wow you, then let in 3 or 4 stinkers a peewee goaltender could stop.

Just look at winnipeg in the playoffs where he alone let in 3 shit shots in a row and that was a wrap and a sweep. Then see that last shot against Jersey.

We will never get anywhere with this type of goaltending.

You can't win with this type of Jekyl and Hyde goaltending. It's not winning proof. His consistency is pukeworthy.

Here's my question--why would the coach throw guys on the PP who are not goal scorers? Score there and its game over. You won't see that mentioned in the Edmonton media tomorrow.
