None of the tweets suggest the guy is anything but a fan. Now he's got people going at him on Twitter. Yost is a jackass.

There are people on the Sens board with similar levels of knowledge in terms of some of the nuances in those tweets. There are also (or have been at times) posters who are as pro-Sens at all costs as that guy there, just like there are a few guys who have been probably pegged to be negative about every move the team makes. (For context, I am talking about guys who were still negative 1+ years ago before the fan base universally agreed that thinking everything universally sucks right now is probably not crazy)

Speaking in absolutes about Karlsson wanting to re-sign, and other things, it could be insider knowledge, or it could just be someone who choose to phrase their opinion in a way that confuses people into thinking that the Tweeter is presenting a fact, when that wasn't the original intention.

Duthie hinted at another Sens scandal brewing. It'll be wild if this is someone significant within the org. I don't know, with all the hate for Mike Hoffman, maybe it's Dave Cameron. I'd have to see if they have any gushing tweets about how Mark Borowiecki is the best left winger in the league though. (obviously, I'm kidding about it being DC )

Reads exactly like an ultra homer troll. The kind that defends everything bad and exaggerates everything good the team does to get a rise out of legit fans. I'm sure every teams bored has one.

This is pretty sloppy reporting by Yost. Trying to find a story where there isn't one. I know he says it "might" be a fan, but realistically this seems more like a fan than Sens employee. There is nothing in any of the tweets that I'd consider "insider" knowledge, unlike the Colangelo fiasco.

The fact that this account supports the GM disqualifies it from being a fan.

I wouldn’t be shocked in the least if organizations employed a few people to be full time covert social media advocates on their behalf. Especially the day and age we’re in.

If every guy on social media who defends the team's management at all cost is just a member of the organization using fake accounts...a good 50% of the Red Wings forum on here must have been burner accounts for Ken Holland over the last few years.

No reason for this to be dragged out onto the main board. The Sens are a mess, but this looks to be a complete non-story.

I actually kinda like Yost most of the time because he's willing to discuss things that traditional media don't/won't cover. Looks like he's trying to create a story here though.

I’m not reading all of that mess, but the first several comments look like stuff that regulars on HF say all the time. If you follow the organization closely none of this stuff requires behind-the-scenes access, and someone who’s very active on twitter could easily find these conversations by making use of the search bar.

Even if it’s someone in the org, sure sounds like low-level stuff to me.
