Well this team hired DeBoer back when everyone thought it was a weird move and they fired Gallant to do it. So I’m not sure they are questioning him much at all. I wonder what they really think of him now.

I don't think they are concerned about him. My guess is, and this is just a guess, that the GMs are under more heat for the cap management and trading MAF. If Foley actually got rid of them we'd have a shot at a full rethink including coaches. But they managed to get all these big fish Foley wanted so they are doing their job and DeBoer is doing his job of keeping the GMs happy with his philosophy and player usage.
