Thinking about Ottawa's 56-57 million dollar budget for next season... Probably want to go into the year at 55... Give the team money for injury callups and the trade deadline.

That should give the team about 5.0 to add a top six winger if the current roster is kept in tact.

I've compiled a list of wingers that could fit the Sens budget without sending money out.
