I would argue Manfred is incompetent simply based on his willingness to change how baseball has been played (and enjoyed) for 100+ years.

But yes, Silver is a great commissioner because he has helped make a completely unwatchable league more popular somehow.

It’s getting worse. Spoiled players making crazy money and still not happy to just be in the league. They force teams hand and can ruin teams fortunes. It’s the “ if you can’t beat them, join them” league.
