OT: Getting to Puolanka with bus?

Hello!

I seem to all the time miss out on when my parents go to the mökki in Puolanka.. So to be sure to visit next year I tried to find a route to get there with buses but both google and maps drew blanks.

Even Puolanka's website only says that buses go there from Oulu and Kajaani. But I cannot find timetables nor prices anywhere! Is there anybody who can lend a hand? I would prefer to touch down in Oulu, but Kajaani works too.

From Oulu, Mondays to Fridays at 15:45 to 18:10, no buses on Saturdays, 18:15 to 20:30 on Sundays.

Kajaani timetables link: Seutuliikenteen talviaikataulukirja ajalle 9.8.2018-2.6.2019 on julkaistu (click on aikataulukirja to download a PDF). Usually at 15:20 to 16:25 on Mondays to Fridays.

You can't buy tickets online for either.
