Online customizable jersey creator

Hey guys,

Is there a site any of you have used where I can upload a logo to it and customize the jersey how I want it? The team I'm playing on is going to be using the old school Flames horse logo but with a different color scheme so I want to fool around with different combos if possible. Any ideas for sites?

Also taking suggestions on team names that go good with that logo...I personally like Rage and Havoc
