Leave to the Comcast to show everyone what the NHL is worth. They are showing basketball for at least the 2nd week in a row in their INHD channel instead of Hockey. They are showing a tape delay at midnight (est) of the game in HD.

Not to mention that InHD's contract with the NBA is probably a lot older (and therefore, takes precedent) than the OLN deal.
