Hi guys! I wanted to start new thread because I couldn't find one like this and I think this is pretty interesting how old players can be in GM mode. And I mean offline GM. I didn't want to delimit this into only one NHL because it is kind of large-scaled. Okay let's get into this!
Back in NHL 11 I noticed after few years, that Chris Chelios wasn't gonna retire. When I realized that, I put him into every single line and he just kept going. I know that's kinda cheap but I just wanted to see if he could do something. And he did.
I'm now in my 23rd season and he is now 67 overall at 71 years of age! I dont think he is gonna retire anymore. I remember it was like year 4 he was gonna retire, but then I thought that I could test if I could sim again thru retirements and this time he didn't retire. This time he didn't.
He has been the captain of the San Jose Sharks for over 20 years and he is the real legend of the game in this GM mode. He has breaken Wayne Gretzky's records of assists and points.

Playoffs:
GAMES: 522 POINTS: 102+420=522
