Kids traded post deadline and now have to sit and watch others participate in post season. League fined and prohibited from championship play for five years.

Grieves me to see that some kids lose out because of adult mistakes.

Since we’re dealing with pay-to-play junior hockey, it’s the players who will fund the 50K fine, which really is outrageous.

I personally know 2 boys in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJ) who are directly impacted by this fiasco and their hockey playing lives have been torn to shreds by these adults.

Shameful situation.
