I've often said that Im surprised plays like that don't happen more. The puck is small and black and when you think about the goalie's POV and you usually have a black/dark grey ceiling, underside of the jumbotron is black and then all the random lights movement and colors from the screens and crowd --- it seems like it would be easy to lose lobbed in pucks.
