I'd rather just have the Oilers get the #1 pick every year. ^^

They should only allow up to two first overall picks in a 5 year span to the same team. If they already have those, then the team's name should not be placed in the lottery. What has happened with Edmonton should not ever happen again.

Oilers have won 5 straight, and are NOT in last place! Mcdavid should be back in January, and as bad as the Pacific is they could make the playoffs.

Well, hopefully the new lottery format rolled out in 2016 (used to determine first 3 places instead of just 1st) will thwart Edmonton from winning the prize again.
