Not once in the last 3 years has Smyth as the extra attacker worked the one time Eakins does not use him we score so he goes back to Smyth because he is such a great coach.

Back to being a loser team again.. losing three in a row. No injuries this time to blame it on. This team needs a lot of work still.

No they didn't. Did they have more than 3 or 4 scoring chances for the final 40 minutes?

6 shots in the 2nd, 5 in the 3rd.

The Ducks were bigger, stronger, better and worked harder.

Oilers now 3-16-2? against teams in the playoffs.

1-6-2 against our own division. The only win coming against the Flames.

This is playing well... are our expectations that low?
