That Boston offence isn't very impressive to me.
Since I see this being another barn burner, it could go well. Especially with The Monsterror starting. I remember him being kind of not good when watching him.

They were terrible to start the season, but I don't know what has really changed. They are working harder for sure and winning many of their close games. Only thing I can see so far.

Oilers have been winning with a rope a dope style recently. Will be interesting to see how Boston plays that. Oilers are easy to hem into their own zone but explosive and deadly when they manage to evade the pressure. If boston presses too hard they could get burned.

You'd think with the recent success the Oilers would lose their spot on the calendar for starts by the backup goalie.

It just brings a special delight to me to see a team with a couple of recent cups lead by goalies that washed out in the Leafs' organization.

Bergeron has been playing well lately, Connolly too. Eriksson has finally come on, Ferraro has been surprisingly efficient at scoring since being picked up.

Hopefully the guys feel the same way about beating Chiarelli's old team(again) as they do about McLellan's.

Boston's won 8 of their last 11. They're a hot team and they'll be tougher than the last time we played them. I think the streak ends tonight.

4-2 Bruins.
Goals from Sekera and Nuge

With the way we have played on the road this is a guaranteed loss.

I think at least a bit of our success at home has come from finally having a good coach. On the road you rarely get the match ups you want. Plus losing Klefbom hurts as bad as bringing in Nikitin.

Twas a great run.

A defence pairing of Nikitin-Schultz... that could be trouble. Nikitin supposedly played well in the AHL so I hope I'm wrong. Go Oilers!

Here's a game day song... Cage The Elephant - Trouble
