Fight limit per player dropped from 10 to 3. Any fight after 3 results in 2 game suspension. Instigated against fights don't count against limit.
Blindside hit penalties will be called and ref can call it a minor, major, match or game misconduct based on the hit.
OHL will institute current NHL rule for Hybrid Icing.
