I get that Kitchener only played one game so they are lower in your rankings but they shouldn't be behind teams with losses if they go unbeaten.

Too be honest I'm not sure the relevance of weekly rankings.
Maybe 10 game snippits or by the month but every week is too often very anything close to get rankings.
