I see one of two options: an assistant new to the college ranks or one that will take over for Eaves very, very soon. I think Eaves deserves another shot but he'll be on a short leash which could make for some very exciting brand of hockey and better recruiting (the "oh **** I almost got fired. I need to give 176% effort").
