Trophies
Last year, there was a single winner decided based on winning percentage or something and I got a bit of heat for the process I used of choosing/naming the winner. To avoid that, I figured that this year instead of having a single winner, we would instead simply have a few trophies handed out similar to the actual NHL. Here are those trophies:

The Jacques Lemaire Trophy - Most GDTs made during the regular season : tyratoku
The Andrew "Bruno" Brunette Trophy - Longest win streak during the regular season : GopherState + tyratoku
The Doug Risebrough - Worst record of the regular season : Haite
The Fans' Trophy - Highest winning percentage of the regular season (3+ GDTs in lockout, 5+ in normal season) : GopherState

RULES​

• Explicitly state which game you want to sign up for. Include the date and team the Wild play against. "Game against Nashville" doesn't really help anyone out.
• First come, first serve. If someone already claimed a game you want, sorry! Choose another.
• Please take no more than two (2) at a time. Leave some for others. This wouldn't be a big issue but the shortened season makes this hectic.
• If you claim one and then can't make it for whatever reason, don't sweat it. Just post in this thread or the OT/General thread and someone can take over for you.
• Just because some people tend to put quite a bit of effort and time into these, doesn't mean that you have to put hours of work into them as well. Feel free to take any that you'd like! Just have fun with it!

If I missed any rules or anything else that should be in the thread, feel free to post in here or PM me. I'm on this site quite a bit and should have it fixed within a few hours of a message.

I am in no way trying to make fun of "AA" or any 12-Step program ....... but maybe a theme should be Wild Anonymous, since we have the Wild on our brains all day long.

Last year there were no complaints of the same format. In the score column I always listed the Wild's score first. As an example if they won, it would look like 2-1, but if they lost, the score would be listed as 1-2.

I thought it worked out alright. Adding an "@" sign makes those away games stick out more, no matter how long the team name is. It looks a bit odd with the formatting, IMO. But I can certainly go through and do it. I guess I can utilize the center function. It will just take a few minutes to go through and add it and I have homework to do today

Come on, people! Almost have all of January claimed. Lets keep it goin'! We need to get llama and avder in here soon. Between those two last season they claimed like 30 games.

And between classes today i did a quick sketch of what the LA Kings' guardian should look like. Looks like i'm keeping my theme running from last year with reworking that brutally failed NHL Guardians project they tried a few seasons back. I dont mean to toot my own horn or anything, but my new Kings guardian...hopefully you all like it come March!
