Or sooner. Mantha + CMM for Chychrun? Im all in on that
idk why trade major assets for a LHD when trevor van reimsdyk is our 1RD. unless chychrun has right side experience im not aware of seems odd to trade for a position we have lots of depth at!

These Charmin Bears sure have a lot of family conversations while at least one member is on the toilet

TvR isn't really a first pairing D though. With Chychrun there'd be some real high quality D-men on the blueline. He could play alongside Carlson for instance if he comes back, or replace him if that is needed.

Mantha had two brilliant opportunities to use his size and drive the net. Instead he stays on the perimeter and makes a fairly weak play both times.

Yeah, what a bastard, gets open through his skill and sets up a team mate driving the net in a high danger area.

He got open both times through cheating on the offense. I have nothing against that, quite the contrary. But he misplayed both times, the correct move would be to drive the net.

You're right that he has a lot of skill though. If he also had some more drive and guts he could easily be a .ppg player in this league. But he doesn't, as was showcased in these two examples.

No, no he didn't. He did exactly what he was supposed to when he fed Hathaway, he got close, held the goaltender and fed the guy making the center drive.

You want a whipping boy, Kuzy could've easily prevented that goal with a little bit of hustle.
