Gentlemen,
A little while back we identified a significant loophole in our salary cap measurement model and very recently that concern almost became reality.
As this loophole was contrary to the spirit of the cap model, if not the exact rules, the following rule amendment has been approved.
Following the final salary cap measurement of any year, any waiver claims that would
put a team over the salary cap (based on year end average) will be
declined.
