Kerr is one of the worst BPB guys I've ever heard, but I still think he is freaking hilarious. He's not actually funny, but her's such a lovable dork, I don't even care.

Yeah this really is my stance as well. Listening to him, you know he's bad, but it's so hard to dislike him. I love his enthusiasm too.
