From my point of view, JP initiated contact and then lost the physical battle. It's not any more interference than McDavid's hit on Sorensen in the Playoffs last year.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Meier and his game. Those 6' guys that are still 220 pounds and physical are an absolute bitch to play against - low centres of gravity. Probably surprised Jesse with how solid he was.
