Looks like, that World Cup hosted by one Country is a history.

And if, only in crazy football countries like Quatar, Saudi Arabia...

2026 - Canada–Mexico–United States

2030 - Spain–Portugal–Morocco and Uruguay–Argentina–Paraguay

2034 - for now, only one official confirmed bid - Saudi Arabia

Interested -
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)
China
Australia and New Zealand
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan

Where is England? Germany? France? Italy? ... Traditional football countries, that hosted many WC in the past....

It's better this way. It means that they build/renovate stadiums in more sustainable areas. Building a stadium in the middle of the Amazon rain forest like Brazil did where there is no team or a population to sustain such a building after the event is completely idiotic. It creates big white elephants that fall to ruin and are thus a complete waste of money.

It's gotten too big and too commercial for sure. Football has lost a lot of its charm, and with charm no I don't mean playing in mud in 6 degrees celsius but it's gotten way too robotic, soft and generic. There's also very few artists or ballers left in the game such as Savicevic, Bergkamp, et al. Everything is a TikTok video nowadays.

A bunch of teams in the lower leagues and a concert from time to time will never make up for the building and maintenance costs.

Manaus in brazil is a huge city. Not defending the decision but there are enough population to have a team there.
